Main Villa: Elegance and Tradition

The heart of the villa is the main building, with a view straight from the entrance loggia to the sea. There is a well-equipped kitchen and an elegant dining area with a magnificent wooden table, perfect for Puglian feasting! The living room, furnished with two comfortable sofas, is the perfect place to relax, and it leads down to a wine cellar carved into the rock.

On the first floor, accessible from two sets of internal stairs, are three bedrooms, the master with a king-size bed and knock out azure bathroom and two twins (which can be made into doubles), each with its own ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms opens onto a terrace which runs along the front of the house with views into the hills.

Adjacent Villa: relaxed independence

The second villa, designed for maximum comfort during summer days, features an exclusive bar area on the ground floor, equipped with a counter, refrigerator, and everything needed for aperitivo hour. Next to it is a spacious living area with a large sofa, ideal for relaxing as a group or watching TV there is also a WC and downstairs shower.


On the first floor, accessible via external stairs, there is a double bedroom and a twin room, each with its own ensuite bathroom and private access via a terrace looking out over the hills.
